Ruth Sowell Hammer's Obituary
Ruth Hammer, 83, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Ruth was preceded in death by parents, W.C. and Rosa March, sisters, Nina B and Wilma, brother, Billy, and
husbands, Robert Germany, Elmer Sowell, and Leo Hammer. She is survived by sons Mike Germany, Wayne Sowell, and Jeff Sowell, step-daughter, Abbie Hammer, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, who all loved her very much. Ruth was a long-time resident of Houston and worked many years in the oil and gas industry. She was blessed with a long life and was a blessing to her family and many friends.
