I am so sorry for y’all’s loss, he was loved by all and will never be forgotten. I will never forget Joe giving me a nickname when we were kids for having a koolaid mustache, it was “Wolf”, I don’t think he ever called me anything else after that day on! Seeing him this past year, and he still called me Wolf, brought back so many nostalgic memories. Here are a few of my favorites, the shaving cream fights in the front yard, riding bikes around the neighborhood just to get chased by dogs, to jumping on the trampoline all day, playing in the woods and the Halloween parties were my favorite. We always had so much fun every time we were at the Edward’s house and Joe was a big part of that. At least he made sure we stayed inline as much as he could. He loved his wife and children & Grandchildren with everything he had and he was so proud of every single one of them. I love you Pappa Joe and I will hold all of my amazing memories with you and your family near to my heart. Tell my Dad and Judy hi for me and give them a big Wolf hug. I can’t wait to see you all again one day.
With all my love,
Rebekah Hurry Gonzales
