I appriciated everything I learned from "Peter" Gunn. He was my friend on the USS Higbee. I was hopeing to meet up with him once again. I am sure I will one of these days. We are connected in someways from being in the Navy and shipmates on the 806. It is ironic that he passed away on my sons birthday and was buried on mine. I am truely sorry for your loss. Jimmie (Peter), Mae, Vickic were very good friends of ours. We only wish that we could have seen more of them over the years. We'll miss him very much.
