In the short time you accumulated in my life, you wouldn't believe the impact you've made. As time would have it, many things came in between me and opportunities to visit you. I've always held you in high regard for the deliberate effort you put into keeping up with how I was doing. I know you asked mom about me a lot and I hope it was always apparent how important that was to me. Thank you for being such a good uncle. You'll be sorely missed.
Known this Family for a long time, seems like for unknown reasons you lose touch, but, the hardship of loved ones and caring that I have been involved in with this family. I never forgot any of them and for the last few years being brought back in, I am glad that I have found them again and will and remain to me like family as we once were, I loved the Powledge's and Jerry being with Linda he was a nice and wonderful man to me growing up when I would have family get together's never forgot those get ole days. Little did I know when I showed up at the Buckner house to give them a remodeling estimate two years ago, that we would build a mutual friendship lasting years beyond the job. Linda & Jerry were always so grateful of anything I did, no matter if it was just nailing one board. We are so grateful we were able to know them. As friends, we just clicked from the first day we met. His love of the Lord, his love for Linda and his family, are characteristics of the Godly man he personified. Joanna & Dwight
To our sweet Linda and family. We love you all so much and we are praying for peace and comfort. Jerry was one of the best and we will miss him dearly. He was definitely one of a kind. I have so many fond memories of him. Love yall, Cindy Diane and family.

Jerry will be remembered by his love for his family .
