I worked with Debra at Crown and cherished friendship. She was always smiling, upbeat, and didn’t know a stranger. Hard to believe, and am really sorry that this bright light has gone out. My condolences to her family and friends!

Debra was always so kind and so helpful while I worked with her in Humble ISD. Her smile lit up the office and she had a great sense of humor.

I had the pleasure of working with Debra at Humble ISD. She was always so nice, funny, helpful, organized, and beautiful. If I had to sum her up in one word it would be CLASSY. I will miss her. May God welcome you with open arms. 🙏🏻
My deepest condolences, Jerry told me she had passed and I couldn't believe it.. It had been many years since speaking to Debra, but she was always a breathe of fresh to talk to.. I'm so sorry to hear of this. To live is Christ but to die is gain.
So sorry,,
Bryan
You will truly be missed Deb. My condolences to Tiffany, Gail, Heather and the rest of the family. It was a beautiful service and wished I could have been there in person. You are all in my thoughts and prayers! Love y'all...
I am so lucky and honored to have known Deb. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Every time I would see her she would always have that smile on her face & laughter in her voice. Tiff, Gail, Heather, there are no words that I can say that will take you and the rest of the family's pain away. I can however, tell you that Deb would want you all to be strong and be there for each other no matter what and she would want you all to push forward, knowing she s right there with you. She will always be by your side and in your heart. She will live forever in all of our hearts. She was beautiful inside and out. Try to remember the good times, they will get you through the tough ones. I pray that God will wrap his arms around you during this time and bring you comfort and I know he will. She is resting now and is sharing so many memories with Nanny and Paw Paw, oh how I know they must all be smiling up in heaven. I know your hearts are breaking right now and I wish I could make it better but I know that is not possible. I am only a phone call away if you need me. I love you all so very much.
Tiffany and family, my heart goes out to all of you and I pray for you during your time of sorrow.
I met Debra in the 80's when we both worked for AMF Tuboscope. She was such a joy to work with and she kept us all entertained. Debra, Annette and I were a very close threesome and we partied A LOT! (I am the other woman in the photos Annette posted in her tribute to Debra.) My favorite memory is one where we heisted one of the Marketing Reps company cars after warning him about constantly leaving his keys in the ignition while parked in front of the building. Debra and I saw the opportunity, climbed in and moved the car to the back of the building. Little did we know that others were in on the gig and we were called to our bosses office to explain what we did and were told the President of the Company wanted to see us in his office. By the time we got to the other building, the joke was on us!
I also had the pleasure of working with your mother at Crown Central Petroleum and was with your mom during her pregnancy with you. YOU were the greatest gift she was ever given! There was no containing the sheer joy she exuded during that time.
Life took us in different directions but we were able to reconnect later in life. I will always be thankful to your mom for reaching out to me. I loved your mother and she will always be in my heart along with many joyful memories of our times together.
Until we meet in heaven!

You were such a light in this world. Thank you for all the memories growing up and treating me as if I was your own daughter. You will be truly missed, but we all know you are smiling down on us raising a glass. Love you!
