Charles was a dear, dear friend of our family for many years. We were so blessed to have had him in our lives. We especially loved hearing him say, "to make a long story short...and always telling us that he loved us!" We will miss him, but we know that he is now rejoicing in his heavenly home. Our prayers are with all of his family because we know your hearts are broken as you have had to say goodbye. Cherish the memories and rejoice that you will see him again!

Charles will be greatly missed. No one can compare to his love and pride of family and friends. He will forever hold a place in my heart and am honored to have known him. He spoke often in the last few months of the fact that he was ready to die and wanted us to know that he would be looking down on us from heaven and would be there to greet us when our time comes. We will mourn our loss, but be happy that his new life is without pain or sickness. Love ya,
