Hazel Marie Buck

August 28, 1933 - December 9, 2021

Hazel Marie Buck, 88, of Houston, Texas passed away on December 9, 2021 in Pasadena, Tx. Hazel was born on August 28, 1933 to Temple and Mary Chaddock of Cuero, Tx. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Clarence E. Buck Sr. and by her son David W. Buck. She is survived by her sons Clarence Buck Jr. and Kenneth Buck, his wife Esperanza. Grandchildren, Deanna Galeucia, her husband Andrew, Kevin Buck and Meagan Buck. Great grandchildren, Emma and Hayden Galeucia. Hazel was a homemaker and so much more to her family and friends. She loved anything and everything to do with crafting. She loved baking everything from cookies to elaborate wedding cakes, sewing outfits for her grandchildren and making quilts for family members. She gave almost 40 years of service to the Boy Scouts of America volunteering with Boy Scout Troop 1301. She was awarded the Simpre Listo (Always Ready) award and a Silver Beaver award for all of her hard work and dedication to scouting. She also led the Young at Heart group at Market Street Baptist Church planning activities and trips for the senior citizens. Hazel was a very special lady who loved her family, her church and above all her Lord and Savior.
