“Aurora Ortega assisted me when I had concerns about my father’s memorial graveside flag. She was incredibly empathetic and took the time to reassure me that the flag had likely been displaced by the wind. She personally went to look for it, secured it, and placed it back where it belonged. I’m grateful for her care and attention, and I’m glad the flag will remain a little longer before the mandatory January clean-up.”
