“My family & I had the pleasure of meeting Emily Puga at San Jacinto Funeral Home. It took us a while to be ready to deal with everything that needed to be done, but when the time was right, Emily was the best at helping us. “Good afternoon, We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for everything that Ms. Lourdes Maldonado did for us during the funeral of our loved one who has passed away. She provided invaluable support during this difficult time. Ms. Maldonado walked us through every detail of the process, explaining what to expect and what we needed to do. In moments of loss, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and forget important details. However, she was there for us every step of the way and went out of her way to ensure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
