Eddie Martinez
Area Managing Partner, Operations
Eddie Martinez is a dedicated funeral service professional with deep roots in Houston, Texas. Born and raised in the city, Eddie's journey in the funeral industry began at a young age when he started working at Guillen Funeral Home while still in High School
Eddie's passion for helping families during difficult times led him to pursue formal education in funeral services. He attended the Commonwealth Institute in Houston, where he balanced his studies with work at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home. Through hard work and dedication, Eddie climbed the ranks at Felix H. Morales, eventually reaching a managerial position.
In 2001, Eddie's career took him to San Antonio, where he joined Porter Loring Mortuary. This move provided him with valuable experience in a different market for a decade. However, the pull of his hometown remained strong.
After 10 years in San Antonio, Eddie and his family decided to return to Houston. He initially took on the role of Location Manager with SCI. His expertise and leadership skills have since propelled him to his current position as Area Managing Partner of Operations for both South Park Funeral Home & Cemetery and San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home, under the NorthStar Memorial Group
Eddie's personal life is as rich as his professional one. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Maria, for over 32 years, demonstrating his commitment to long-lasting relationships. Together, they have three children: Alicia, Isaiah, and Reagan.

Jackie Arellano

Jackie is a dedicated professional who has been serving families since 2007. Her journey in the funeral industry began as a family service advisor, where she provided compassionate support and guidance to families during their time of loss. Her ability to connect with people and provide comfort led to her promotion as an assistant manager in 2012, where she took on additional responsibilities and continued to excel in her role.
In 2017, Jackie faced a personal tragedy when her sister passed away. This event tested her passion for the funeral industry, as she experienced firsthand the profound impact that compassionate care can have on grieving families. Inspired by her own experience and a renewed sense of purpose, Jackie decided to deepen her commitment to helping others through their grief.
In 2019, she joined the San Jacinto team, a reputable funeral home known for its empathetic and professional services. Jackie's passion for assisting families in their time of need aligns perfectly with the values of the San Jacinto team, and she quickly became an invaluable member of the staff.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four sons. They often embark on camping trips together, embracing the beauty of nature and creating lasting memories. In addition, Jackie has a creative side and finds solace in painting. It serves as a therapeutic outlet for her and allows her to express herself artistically.
With her extensive experience, compassionate nature, and personal dedication to the funeral industry, Jackie continues to make a positive impact on the lives of families she serves, providing them with comfort, support, and guidance during their most challenging times.
