Its been awhile since I visited.. Good to hear the same things that I thought about aunt wendy.I miss the weekly phone calls we had no matter if i felt good or bad i felt better after talking with her but both ears would be hurting before i could get her off the phone(ha ha)Adam im guessing your one of the twins. she talked about you guys so much and was very proud of you both thank you for being there!love you charlie love you debbie
I grew up next door to ms byrd and mrs rowe i cut her ditches before i could really even push a mower i owe ms byrd so much every young person needs a ms byrd she was a best friend and a mentor i will always remember her and i hope i can pass on what she taught me i love you ms byrd we will meet again on that beautiful shore
Aunt Windy was my Best Friend... She was so good too me and I loved her so very very much... The time I spent with her as a child and an adult were the best times of my life and I will cherish every memory of have with her... She meant EVERYTHING too me and I am going to miss her more than words can say... I love you Aunt Windy!!
AUNT WINDY WAS NOT A BLOOD RELATIVE BUT I LOVED HER ALL THE SAME AND SHE LOVED ME. WHEN SHE WOULD SEND ME CARDS OR EMAIL ME SHE WOULD ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH. I WILL MISS HER DEARLY. I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL THE BYRD FAMILY.
SAT. 2WEEKS AGO I TALKED TO AUNT WINDY AND SHE SOUNDED SO GOOD. SURE WAS GLAD TO HEAR HER VOICE. I HAD SENT HER SOME JOKES AND SHE SAID SHE HAD LAUGHED HER HEAD OFF. I SPENT 5 YEARS WITH HER AND MRS ROWE, THOSE WHERE THE BEST TIMES OF MY LIFE. THEY HAD BOTH BECAME MY SECOND MOTHER AND I WILL MISS THEM BOTH VERY MUCH. SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD CHILDREN BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE BEST MOTHER ANYBODY COULD ASK FOR.
a few weeks before she passed i called her and after filling her in on all the gossip she said dale you seen that commercial with the little hamsters in the red car playing their music and messing withthe people at the redlight thats me and mrs.rowe when we were young i want that car that did two things to me first i laughed my butt off because that was aunt windy 2nd every time i see that comm. i laugh and tear up because i miss her
