Son of Sonia Villatoro and Jose Fuentes. Brother of Oscar Villatoro, Alexy Fuentes, Deysi Fuentes, Jose Fuentes, and Sonia Fuentes. A loved uncle to Hannah Villatoro, Isaac Villatoro, Zoe Hernandez, Emma Garcia and Emilia Garcia. A unique soul, Willmer was very funny, and enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and biking. The love and happiness he gave us will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed.
