I have tried several times to express what the absence of Bill will mean to us and failed. He was special in so many ways.
As wonderful as all the good times we shared were I finally came to realize that the most important thing was his generosity and desire to help.
Annette and I will miss him always. And we extend our deepest condolences to all those who knew him so much better than we did. He was one of those rare humans who make the world a better place for everyone.

Bill was our family best friend in RP. We always see us each other after Harvey we are missing him a lot my kids like him as a grandpa my son follow him on golf and learn from him . It's been a lot of years ago, but I remember playing golf with Bill and Roy Shafer. Bill was a gentle giant and a super individual. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Bill.
