Mr. William Adolph Schneider, Sr.'s Obituary
Willie Adolph Schneider, Sr., 88, went to join his soulmate in heaven and peacefully left this earth on February 16th, 2017.
Willie was born on April 2nd, 1928 to Henry & Annie (Keike) Schneider in Gay Hill, Texas. Willie met his soulmate and life partner Jo Ann (Reynolds) Schneider in 1951 and they were married on July 31st 1952. Their marriage lasted 64 years and together they had 5 children.
Willie courageously joined the Army in 1952 and honorably served his country in the Korean War. Among Willie’s most prized possessions were his family, his garden, his home and his animals. In his spare time, Willie could be found sitting outside on the porch talking about “the good old days” or listening to country music. Willie was a simple man with a heart of gold, his family will truly miss his witty humor and compassion.
Willie is preceded in death by his faithful wife of 64 years, Jo Ann; his beloved son Melvin “Pat” Schneider; parents Henry Schneider & Annie Keike; brothers Herman, Henry, Leroy, Vallie and sisters Anita & Ester.
Missing Willie dearly are: son Willie Schneider and daughter-in-law Irene Schneider; daughter Annie Nevada Schneider; daughter Mona Faye Snoe and son Christopher Wayne Schneider. Willie also leaves behind grandchildren: Patricia, Wesley, Shelyna, Misty, Scott, Kasey, Cassie, Josh, Stacy and Ronnie and great grandchildren: Kathrynn, Steven, Brecken, Nedi, Brodie and Beckett.
