William Frank Phillips' Obituary
William (Billy) Phillips passed away quietly at home after a long illness on Wednesday, July 22. He was cared for by his mother, sister, and Highland Hospice staff.
He was born to Jack & Janet Phillips on December 13, 1960 in Jacinto City, Texas. He was raised in the North Shore area of Houston. For two years he served in the Navy and enjoyed being on a submarine. He loved his many large and small animals. He enjoyed camping, rock climbing and was a long-time member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Phillips and sister, Vivian Ann. He is survived by his mother, Janet Phillips, two brothers: Jack and wife Suellen; Robert and wife, Mary, and sister: Tammy, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29 at 9:00 am at San Jacinto Funeral Home and Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am
