Mr. Warren W. Shaw's Obituary
Warren W. Shaw was born on January 5, 1941 in Houston, TX and passed away December 21, in Conroe Texas.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Thelma Shaw Davis and Father Claude Shaw.
Warren was a kind and patient man who loved to laugh and have fun. He was an incredible and supportive Father. He wanted the very best for his kids and worked hard to show them all life had to offer. He was a great athlete and excelled in any sport he chose to participate in. All the kids in the neighborhood loved learning and playing sports with Mr. Shaw.
Warren was an accomplished custom home builder for over 40 years retiring in 2003. Over his career, he built homes in Ponderosa Forest, Greenwood Forest, Champions Forest and Bentwater.
He was an avid golfer and won many tournaments throughout his life. The highlight winning the club championship at Champions Golf Club twice.
He also took after his parent's love of music. He was a self-taught pianist and was always up for entertaining whomever dropped by the house.
He was proud of his Cajun heritage and loved spending time with his extended family in Delcambre, Louisiana. He loved to cook and bbq and was known for his Blue Bell Chocolate Malts.
He is survived by his daughter Janica and her husband Robert McCool, son Tony Shaw and granddaughter Samantha McCool. Sister Carol and husband Don Wilde, brother Claude Shaw and his wife Janie, numerous nieces and nephews. And special extended family Greg, Tami and Christian McCool.
A graveside service celebrating Mr. Shaw's life will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at 10:00 am at San Jacinto Memorial Park, 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015.
