Ms. Vivian Farquhar's Obituary
Vivian Farquhar, 92, was born on February 20, 1925 to the late Herbert Isaac Nolen and Ossie Lene Lanier in Pavo, Georgia and passed away on July 4, 2017 in Houston, Texas.
On April 4, 1945, Vivian married the love of her life, Wesley Vasco Farquhar at First Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and they enjoyed 50 years of wedded bliss.
Vivian is survived by her loving children: Dianne McSparron and husband Buster, Robert Farquhar and wife Denise and Kenneth Ray Farquhar; grandchildren: Duane Innmon and wife Gwen, Charlie Belle Gold and husband Shane, Robert Farquhar, Jr and wife Sarah, Susanne Farquhar and Jessica Ehrig and husband Keeton; great-grandchildren: Caleb Robert Farquhar, Travis David Farquhar, Elliot Grace Ehrig, Justin Powell, Brittany Innmon, Shelby Innmon, Gavin Innmon, Tara Belle Baker, Matthew Gold, Cheyenne Taylor and Eric Taylor; sister: Helen Griffin; sister in law’s: Dean Farquhar, Mae Farquhar, Juanita Bocker and Tiny McNatt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm, with a service to celebrate Vivian’s life on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 1:00 pm, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Following the service, Vivian will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Wesley.
