Viola H. Eilers' Obituary
Viola Henrietta Eilers, 89, passed away on February 28, 2020. Viola was born on December 28, 1930 in Yoakum, Texas to Dietrich (Dick) Beckermann and Hilda Gerdes Beckermann. She married Victor Eilers on June 1, 1950. She was a homemaker and mother and after raising her two sons, worked in the retail business until her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Victor and her son Raymond. Her sisters and brother-in-laws, Gerdine and Herbert Boening, Dora Bell and Ed Kloesel, Esther Lee and Willard Bade.
She is survived by her son Michael and daughter-in-law Gladys Eilers and daughter-in-law, Robin Eilers. Four grandchildren, Michael Eilers, Lori and husband Shawn Buehring, Randy and wife Kerri Eilers, Kristy and husband Clifton Jones. Nine great-grandchildren, Alex and wife Julia Eilers, Jenna Eilers, Brianna, Tea and Zachary Reyna, Isaiah and Aubreylynn Eilers, Raylynn and Atreyu Jones.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 10:00-11:00am, followed by service at 11:00am at San Jacinto Memorial Park Funeral Home, 14659 1-10 East, Houston, TX.
