Victor Manuel Moncada, Jr., was born on June 9, 1988 to Victor Moncada, Sr and Maura Emelda Moncada in Honduras and passed away unexpedly on October 21, 2016 in Chico, California.
Victor was a graduate of North Shore High School. Victor kept in close contact with his family and his friends. He knew the value of both, and maintained relationships with childhood friends and colleagues. Even though Victor loved to learn new things, he cam back again and again to the things that he valued most, his family, his friends and his home.
Victor was an avid Houston Texans fan. Victor's memory will live on forever in the hearts of his children and those that knew him. He will always be missed.
