Mrs. Velma Agnes Green's Obituary
Mrs. Velma Agnes Green was born on November 10, 1923 in the glorious city of Houston, Texas. She was the 6th of 6 children born to Loving parents William and Maude Stein. Velma married her devoted husband Louis Green on February 14th, 1942 in Houston Texas. After marrying Louis, the next most important events in her life surrounded the births of her sons Charles Louis Green (deceased) and Geary Lee Green (Wife Barbara). After her sons came the births of her grandchildren, Jeannie Matthews, Darrell Green, Michelle Green, Natalie Clogston, Frank Green and Ashley Green and then she was blessed with numerous great-grandchildren. Velma loved the outdoors, some of her most favorite times included fishing and camping trips Up at Lake Livingston with her grandchildren. While she spent most of her life in Houston she did retire in Warren in 1974, then moved back to Houston in 1994, then spent her last years in Pearland Texas. Sadly Velma Agnes Green was called up to heaven on May 2nd 2015. She will be missed by all who knew her.
