Vance Brian Tow, 49, of Spring, Texas, passed away on March 16, 2026, in Houston. Born on December 21, 1976, in Pasadena, Texas, he was the beloved son of Wayne and Terrie Tow.
On June 10, 2018, Vance married the love of his life, Agathe Powers, with whom he shared years of partnership, laughter, and devotion. A dedicated professional, he served as a VBT Web IT Specialist for 21 years, bringing skill, creativity, and commitment to his work.
Vance had a passion for technology and adventure. He enjoyed flying drones, working on cars, and—above all—spending time with his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. His presence was steady, kind, and full of quiet enthusiasm for the things and people he loved.
He is survived by his wife, Agathe Powers‑Tow; his son, Mark Powers; his sister, Ami Sparks; his father, Vance Wayne Tow, and stepmother, Mary Tow; and his mother, Terrie Tow. He leaves behind four cherished grandchildren: Michaella Powers, Harlow Powers, Levi Powers, and Violet Powers.
Vance was preceded in death by his grandparents Trixie Milsted, Teresa Gray, Jack Gray, and his cousin April Renee Kerr.
Vance’s life was defined by loyalty, curiosity, and deep love for his family. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
