Tony Eugene Parnell was born on April 4, 1966 in Channelview Texas, to his loving parents Lionel Barnes Parnell and June Sitton Parnell. Sadly, Tony was called to heaven on Wednesday July 22, 2015 in Lindale Texas. Funeral Services will be held on the grounds of San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home…at this time Tony’s family would like to thank everyone for their expression of condolence…everything is very much appreciated.
