Tomasa Chavez Campos, 33, passed away on June 8, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her loving husband, her children and a host of numerous family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 11, 2015 in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home, with interment to follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park.
