Thomas Clyde Dean Sr., 65 years old of Highlands, TX, went to be with the lord on Feb. 5, 2014. He was born May 24 1948 in Albuquerque, NM to Lawrence Bower Dean Sr. & Cammie Estelle Meddars Dean, who preceded him in death. Throughout the years he worked as an ambulance driver, pile driver, fencing, a jack of many trades but he loved being a truck driver most of all. He enjoyed fishing & being with family & friends. He is survived by his wife of almost 28 years Margie Dean of Highlands, TX. Children Thomas Dean Jr. (Belinda) of Covington, GA, Joanna Baumgartner (Jeff) of Logansville, GA, Donna Edwards (Benjamin) of Walla Walla, WA, Della & Stella Dean of Highlands, TX. 15 grandchildren Christopher, Ashley, Justin, Jacob, Chad, Brittany, Kayle Dean, Marshall, Rachel Baumgartner all of GA, Timothy, Selena Parlor, Aubree, Allysa Edwards of Walla Walla, WA, Noah & Nolan Evans of Highlands, TX & 2 great grandchildren Lathan Dean & Sadie Autry of GA. Brothers Lawrence Dean Jr. (Loretta) of Splendora, TX, Joseph Dean (Leigh) of La Porte, TX, Douglas Dean (Mary) of Orange, TX, Patrick Dean (Renee) of Pearland, TX & ex wife Barbara Brown & ex daughter in law Wanda Fowler of GA & numerous nieces & nephews. The family would like to thank everyone at Houston San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown from the doctors, nurses, ER personnel, Family Practice & other techs who took care of him while he was in their care. We would also like to thank at Kindred Hospital at the Alexander Campus in Baytown who took care of him the last 2 weeks of his life, from the doctors, nurses, security guards, & other techs & everyone for their prayers, kind words, encouragement, compassion, support for him & our family. He will be missed by everyone who knew & loved him. "Keep on Truckin"
