Mrs. Susan Smallwood's Obituary
Susan Smallwood, 51, was born on May 21, 1966 in Houston, Texas to Robert and Linda Badgett and passed away on January 4, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Susan was the oldest of three children. She attended North Shore High School and then went on to study Business Administration at San Jacinto College. She lived in Baytown, Georgetown, Houston, Cushing, Alvin and Yantis, Texas during her life. She married Charles Smallwood on June 2, 1984 at First Baptist Church of Yantis.
Susan’s most memorable times were her marriage, the birth of her children and grand children. She was a very loving mother and was always happy. She loved scrapbooking. Susan’s favorite quote was “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Susan is survived by her husband: Charles Smallwood; children: Shellie Smallwood, Miranda Smallwood, Michael Smallwood and Chelsea Smallwood; parents: Robert Badgett, Sr. and Linda Badgett; siblings: Robin Miller and Robert Badgett, Jr; 5 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, with a funeral service at 1:00 pm, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Immediately following the service, Susan will be laid to rest in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
