Mr. Stonewall "Stoney" Jackson Guillot's Obituary
Stonewall Jackson Guillot, 84, passed away at his residence in Houston on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He was born November 4, 1928 in Vick, Louisiana to Paul Emeric Guillot and Vallie Reed Guillot. Mr. Guillot was retired from Armco Steel after over 30 years of service. Stoney is survived by his children Crystal Watkins and her husband Billy, Jerry Guillot, and Vicky Bates and husband Herky; grandchildren Jerry Dean, Janice, Thomas Watkins, Victoria Watkins, Toby Bates; his brother Herschel Guillot and his wife Myra and numerous nieces and nephews. In 1998 Stonewall was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Muriel. Additionally he was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Earl Guillot, Omega Guillot, and Truman Guillot and his sister Viola Bordelon. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, April 18, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at San Jacinto Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bruce Guillot officiating and Rev. Kevin Rodgers soloist. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
