Shirley Ann Collins was born in Choice, Texas, on September 10, 1940 to parents Donald Richard Webb and Gladys Irene Adams Webb. On July 5, 2016, Shirley was called to heaven. She was a long time resident of Houston, Texas. Shirley is survived by loving daughter Penny A. Collins and many friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Services will take place on the grounds of San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
