Mr. Ryan Matthew Magras' Obituary
Ryan Matthew Magras was born on February 10, 1994 in Houston, TX. He was the youngest of three children born to Ricky and Paula Magras. Ryan attended Royalwood Elementary School, Sheldon Intermediate School, and Heritage Homeschool where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Ryan began his career as an Industrial Specialist, and he resided in Houston, TX his entire life until his sudden passing on December 7, 2017. Ryan was of the Christian faith, and he had recently begun to find clarity about the things that were truly important in his life. The most important event of Ryan’s life was the birth of his son, Mason Ryan Magras in January 2015. Ryan had a playful spirit, and he loved being a father to Mason and was a wonderful uncle to his niece, Micaiah. His favorite pastimes included watching movies and listening to country music.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, and he is survived by his parents Ricky & Paula Magras of Houston, TX, his son Mason Magras of Houston, TX, his brother and sister-in-law Justin & Kim Magras of Highlands, TX and their daughter Micaiah, his beloved sister Erin Magras of Waxahachie, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ryan had many friends and was deeply loved by his family. His presence will truly be missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm, with A Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 pm, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a fund that has been setup for Ryan's son, Mason Magras. If you would like to make a donation, please make your check payable to "Mason Magras", and give it to a member of the Magras family or deposit it into account number 1004826523 at any Woodforest National Bank. These funds will be managed by the Magras family and used to assist with Mason's future needs.
