Hi Cynthia I just wanted to share with you again when your dad helped me fix my bicycle. I was tryin to impress you when I rode by your house front tire in the air lookin all cool and everything! When the front tire came off and the forks hit the ground, well let's just say it wasn't pretty! I asked your dad for help and he didn't even batt an eye He helped me fix my bike and I mean even greasing my bearings, makin it like brand new. That shows you what kind of man he was. Kind ,understanding and willing to help if he could. I know your proud to have had him as a father. He was a great guy!!! 8-)

So many fond memories of times spent with Roy and his family. He always had an interesting story to tell and was so knowledgeable about so many subjects. What a good and wonderful man, husband, father and friend. I know I am not the only one that now finds the world missing a very special person.
What a rare person Roy was to be around. He seemed to always be in good humor and always with something good or remarkable to say. I treasure those times when he and I hunted around Normangee. He was a good man and a good father. He was a Christian gentleman and a patriot. May God hold him in the palm of his hand and may he rewarded by the Lord as a good and faithful servant.
