Ross was a good friend of ours since we shared a duplex in Galena Park in 1955. He and his wife were our first friends in the city. We have lived within a few blocks of each other since then. The last time we talked was at the grocery store about two weeks ago. Throughout the entire 62 years Ross was always the same, rock steady to his friends, a loving husband and father to his family. He was a good man that will be sorely missed.
