Roberto "Bobby" Sandoval's Obituary
Roberto “Bobby” Sandoval, 69, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away on January 21, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was born on February 22, 1952, to Toribio Sandoval Jr. and Refugia Soliz in Bishop, Texas. On December 22, 1972, he married Maria Del Rosario Herrera in Bishop, Texas. He was a maintenance mechanic for Solvay Chemicals for 40 years. He enjoyed all sports but cheering on his Dallas Cowboys every season was his greatest past time. He served in the U.S. Army from July 31, 1972, to July 30, 1974, as a SP4 Specialist / Military Police.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife Maria Del Rosario Sandoval of Pasadena, Texas; daughter Robin Luzardo and husband Gary of Cypress, Texas; sons Robert Sandoval and wife Rosa of Pasadena, Texas and Ryan Sandoval and wife Nicole of Atascosita, Texas; sisters Rebecca Cruz of Waukesha, WI and Maria Merrill of Bishop, Texas; brother Toribio Sandoval III and wife Consuelo of Austin, Texas; seven grandchildren Christopher Vargas, Robert Sandoval Jr., Jonathan Sandoval, Ethan Luzardo, Madison Luzardo, Nicholas Sandoval and Noah Sandoval. His love and laughter will continue to be cherished.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Maria Teresa Sandoval; parents Toribio Sandoval Jr. and Refugia Sandoval and brother Heriberto Sandoval.
