Raul Daniel Hernandez, of Channelview, Texas, passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 20. Born on June 10, 2005, in Galveston, Texas, Raul was the beloved son of Patricia Martinez Romo and Raul Hernandez Garcia.
Raul was a kind-hearted and compassionate young man who found joy in caring for animals. His dedication led him to pursue a career as a veterinary technician, where he served for six months with unwavering empathy and diligence. His gentle spirit and warm smile left a lasting impression on those he worked with and the pets he cared for.
Raul is survived by his loving parents, Patricia Martinez and Raul Hernandez; his cherished siblings, Sofia Hernandez, Abigai Hernandez, Bryan Hernandez, and Brandon Hernandez; and his devoted grandparents, Evelia Romo Ortiz and Andres Martinez, and Raul Hernandez Camacho.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria De Jesus Garcia, whose memory he held close to his heart.
Raul’s life, though brief, was filled with love, laughter, and a deep sense of purpose. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his generous heart, and the joy he brought to his family and friends. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.
