Rafael Tapia Rodriguez, 86, was born on December 20, 1930 to the late Jesus and Bernarda Rodriguez in Mexico and passed away on June 8, 2017 at his residence in Houston, Texas surrounded by his loving family.
Rafael was a very simple, hard working man who provided for his family. He took great pride in his yard, as you would always see him outside working in it.
The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this time.
