Perry Van Rogers, Jr. entered into rest on November 5, 2009 at 12:16 a.m. Perry was born on September 23, 1952 in Houston, Texas to the late Perry V. Rogers and Christine Liles of Childress, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 3 1 1/2 years, Janene Rogers; mother, Christine Liles; daughter, Blaire Rogers; brother, Jerry Rogers and his wife, Sheila; two sisters, Carol Carter and her husband, Dan, and Suzanne Robinson and her husband, Bob; brothers-in-law, Dale Nissen and his wife, Betty, and Ron Nissen and his wife, Janet; stepson, Wade Burrris; nephews, Chris Rogers, Randy Rogers, Kenny Harris, Brandon Robinson and Russell Carter; nieces, Amanda Harris, Jenna Rogers and Victoria Robinson; three great nieces, Morgan, Madeline and McKenzie Rogers; three uncles, four aunts and multiple cousins. Perry was a salesman for most of his life, most recently with ORS - NASCO, his favorite company due to the utmost respect they showed Perry. Special thanks for all their help during this difficult time goes out to Uncle Larry and Aunt Leslie, Steve and Rebecca Gilder, Wayne and Sharon Beard, and Fay Pierce. In addition, Perry truly loved his brothers-in-law, Dale and Ron Nissen and their wives, Betty and Janet and Janene expresses her heartfelt acknowledgement to them for all they did for Perry and the family.
