Celebrating the Life Of Pat Van Cleave
Patrick Earl Van Cleave, 67, was born in Port Arthur, Texas on August 6, 1950 and went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
Pat graduated from Galena Park High School Special Education, and later went to live at Richmond State School in 1969 until 2010. He then decided on a group home where he had been residing until October 18, 2017. Pat had many interests; he loved western movies, enjoyed television and all music. Pat overcame many obstacles throughout his life.
Patrick is predeceased by his loving parents Henry and Gloria Van Cleave. He is survived by his sisters, Kimberley and husband John Deleplank, and Renyna Church; brother, Bryan and wife Teresa Van Cleave; stepbrother, Mike Van Cleave; nieces, Julianne, Brianna, Dana, Danielle, and Rebecca; nephews, James, Michael, and Manuel; as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service was held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 11:00am at the San Jacinto Funeral Home Chapel in Houston, Texas, followed by a graveside service at San Jacinto Memorial Park.
