Nora Liz Ibarra, 37, of Houston, Texas passed away on September 29, 2021 in Houston, Texas. She was born December 30, 1983 to Elisa and Gilberto Ibarra in Houston Texas.
Nora married Manuel Sanchez on March 13, 2005 in Houston, Texas. She was a high school teacher for 15 years for Houston ISD and Galena Park ISD. She was a team mom for Jacinto City Little League. Nora enjoyed baking, arts and crafts, watching tv shows and reading.
Nora is survived by her husband, Manuel Sanchez, daughter, Kayla Sanches; sons, Julian and Aron Sanches; sisters, Perla and husband Manuel Acosta, Ivette Ibarra and husband Arturo Gutierrez; brother, Gilberto and wife Ariana Ibarra; parents, Elisa Requena and Gilberto Ibarra.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gregorio Ibarra, Alejandra Izaquirre, Marcelo Requena, and Jose B. Requena; uncle, Jose Angel Requena; niece, Aurora Acosta; and mother-in-law, Tomasa Hernandez-Moreno.
