Noel is survived by his loving father and numerous family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 12:00 pm, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Noel will be laid to rest in San Jacinto Memorial Park immediately following the service.
