I first met Nancy when I started work for the Payment Strategies group in Wells Fargo. I had been away from the bank for some years and was just finding my way again, but Nancy made me feel welcome, part of the group, and someone of value. We shared a hug on first meeting - she was the kind of person you meet and feel like you've known for years! She could always make us laugh and that is how I will remember her best. Nancy, you will be sorely missed.
