Ms. Nancy was a wonderful woman that I'm happy I had the chance to know. I could sit and talk to her for hours, she always put a smile on my face. She loved her kids and grandchildren more than anything. I pray for each of ya'll to find peace and comfort during this time. Mom, we've been through s lot together over the last 30 plus years; weddings, funerals, births and divorces. We've had good days and bad, tears and laughter, harsh words and forgiveness. I smile when I think of those long ago talks on the swing about babies and the future. Look how we've all grown and changed. Things will not be the same without you. I want to say I'm sorry for any heartache I caused. I want you to know how much I appreciate you treating truly like a daughter and being part of my life for so long. I will love you always. Rest well mom, you deserve the peace.
Our lives while young centered around a small home in Streator where Aunt Lou, Uncle Bill and my dear cousins Nancy and Judy lived. Nancy was always full of art - could have gone to college in art. However she fell deeply and everlastingly in love with John. (Who always asked why yankees had to call so early in the day). My nephew Jeff has the table where Aunt Lou and my Mom (known as Weesy) gossiped and did their homework. Many nails were colored at their home. Excitement overflowed when we could go to Texas and when they came to us to visit. Nancy always had John drive her to the freeway and she would wave and cry until she couldn't see us anymore. Well, we will one day take the hand of Jesus whom we love and see each other on an eternal vacation!
I will miss our talks, our laughs, our cries,your hugs and kisses. I won't say goodbye but I'll say see you later. Rest in paradise my beautiful angel. I love you with all my heart.😚
