Mr. Michael Calvin Aylor's Obituary
The Lord took Michael Calvin Aylor into His arms on the morning of Thursday, May 31, 2012, at his home. Born March 5, 1952, Michael is survived by sons Johnathon Calvin and Ian Michael Aylor, mother and father John Calvin and Olga Marie Aylor, sisters Barbara Elaine May and Jo Ann Fowles and her husband Ray, the mother of his children Wanda Aylor, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. A graduate of Ross Sterling High School ('70) and Texas A&M ('75), Michael lived a full life, well-known as an electrician, instrument tech, and in his younger days, landscaper and tree technician, providing the finishing touches to many homes built by his Uncle Joe. Always ready to provide his expertise to any situation and often seen with a guitar in his hands, Michael's advice, companionship, and wry humor will be missed by all who knew him. A visitation will be held at San Jacinto Memorial, 14659 East Freeway, on Monday, June 4 from 5:45-7 pm, with a rosary beginning at 7 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 800 S. Main St, in Highlands, on Tuesday June 5th, at 10. Happy trails to our father, our brother, our son; good night... and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.
