Maureen Verdell Britt's Obituary
Maureen Verdell Britt , 90, of Houston, TX, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014. She was born on August 29, 1923 in Taylor, AR to Lealon and Mattie Dudley.
She was a life-long member of the United Methodist Church and retired from Maxwell House Coffee of Houston in 1990.
Maureen leaves behind her daughter, Doris Coffman and son and daughter-in-law, Robert T. Britt Jr. and Krista; two grandsons, George Malone III and Arthur McKinney Jr.; two great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 5-7pm on Sunday, March 23, 2014. The funeral service will be held at 10am on Monday, March 24, 2014 with burial to follow. All services will be held in the chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home.
