It has been decades since my family lived next door to the Gartman family but I immediately recognized Mildred's face in the paper today. I'm so sorry not to have been able to keep in touch, and I remember her with great affection. I hope Linda and Ann remember me, too. My sincere condolences to the entire family.

There are so many memories, especially at this time of year I remember all the early Easter picnics at Herman Park, but one of the strongest as a grown up was my mom's 60th when went dancing at Billy Bob's in Dallas so I can see her now dancing up in Heaven for the really big celebration and resurrection and reunion. So I'm happy for her but my sympathy goes out to all of you for the loss of her presence here with you. Love, Jimothy

I loved Aunt Mildred and have many fond memories of spending time at her house and all the family reunions we used to have.
