Mrs. Maria A. Bernabe's Obituary
Maria A. Longoria Bernabe came into this world on September 8, 1960 in Mexico, and blessed the lives of her parents Erasmo and Maria Longoria. Sadly, Maria was called to heaven on December 9, 2015, in Houston, Texas.
Maria lived with her parents until the age of 15. She was 1 of 9 children. She lived in Houston, Texas and married the love of her life, Jose Bernabe on September 6, 1976 at Resurrection Catholic Church. Her most important events in her life were the birth of her daughters and grandchildren, her daughter’s college commencements and family reunions. Her favorite hobbies were knitting, beading and writing scriptures. Maria was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was devoted, loyal, selfless and religious.
Maria leaves behind her loving husband Jose Bernabe; daughters: Griselda Bernabe, Lupe Bernabe, Ana M. Bernabe and Lourdes Bernabe; as well as numerous family members and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on the grounds of San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
At this time, the Bernabe family would like to thank everyone for their various expressions of sympathy during this difficult time…Everything is greatly appreciated.
