Lois Ann Holman's Obituary
Lois Ann Holman, 82, passed away on September 24, 2024, in Missouri City, Texas. She was born to parents Robert and Hazel Bernethy on June 9, 1942, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Lois was a devout Christian who found joy in her faith and community. She had a deep love for baseball, especially cheering on the Astros. Lois cherished spending time with her close friends and had a special fondness for the holidays, particularly Christmas. She delighted in decorating for Christmas and Thanksgiving, making these times memorable for her family. Lois was also an avid sports fan, enjoying football with a special passion for the Texans.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hazel Bernethy; her beloved husband, Theodore ‘Ted’ Holman; and her siblings, Ruth Dunwoody, Richard Bernethy, and Jim Landers.
Lois is survived by her sons, Edward Basham and John Basham; ex daughter-in-law, Liz Wilson; brother, Robert Bernethy; and grandchildren, Julia Basham, Summer Basham, and Amber Basham.
Lois will be dearly missed by her beloved family and friends.
