Mr. Leroy Flanagan came into this world on September 2nd 1927 in Greenville, Mississippi and blessed the lives of his parents Oliver and Bertha Flanagan. Sadly, Leroy was called to heaven on September 6th, 2015 while residing in Liberty, Texas. The family would like to thank everyone for their expressions on sympathy during this difficult time...services have been scheduled to take place on the grounds of San Jacinto Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
