Mr. Larry Gene Rackard was born in Houston, Texas on December 24, 1949, to his loving parents L.D. and Ada Rackard. Sadly, Larry was called to heaven on September 23, 2016. He is survived by his loving family.Larry requested to have a private burial service, so in respecting his wishes, his service information is only available from his sisters, please contact them directly if you have any questions.
