Kenneth Duane Graham's Obituary
Kenneth Duane Graham, age 98, of Galena Park, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 27,
2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born to Alba Claud and Stella Graham in Galena Park, Texas, Kenneth lived a life full of adventure, service, and love.
A dedicated member of the First Baptist Church of Galena Park, Kenneth's commitment to his
community was unwavering. He enjoyed his work at Armco Steel for over 30 years. He and his beloved wife, Aline, volunteered well into their 90s, with Kenneth continuing his service until the age of 94. His passion for helping others was matched only by his love for flying. As a licensed private aviator, Kenneth soared through the skies, embracing the freedom and thrill of flight. He valiantly served his country joining the United States Army. During his time in the Army he was stationed in Korea and served as a radio operator.
Kenneth's adventurous spirit didn't stop there. He owned a shrimp boat, rode motorcycles, and,
together with Aline, explored all 50 states in their RV, visiting some states up to ten times. Their
travels took them to Italy, Hawaii, and even on a cruise through the Panama Canal and most of the
provinces in Canada. Twice, they journeyed to Alaska, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
An avid golfer and a proud member of the Texas Baptist Men Builders volunteer group, Kenneth's life was rich with hobbies and service. His greatest joy, however, was his family. He cherished every
moment spent with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Alba Claud and Stella Graham; his siblings, Erelne
Graham, Ophelee Graham, Alba Claud Graham Jr., and James Edwin Graham; and his son-in-law,
Percy Hammond. He is survived by his devoted wife of 78 years, Aline Graham; his children, Lee
Graham and his wife Diane, Kathie Hammond, and Alan Graham and his wife Doris; his
grandchildren, Risha and her husband Scott, Keegan and his wife Jennie, Bree and Jeff, Jason and
his wife Ashley, Angela, Scott and Michelle, and Troy; his great-grandchildren, Austen, Holden,
Logan, Hayden, Landen, Kayleigh, Corey, Makenna, Garrett, and Wyatt; and his great-great grandchildren, Noah, Nora, Lincoln, Mikah, and Tyler.
Kenneth's legacy of love, adventure, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He
will be dearly missed by his beloved family and friends
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in Mr. Kenneth's honor to Samaritans Purse and Franklin Grahams group.
