Katherine Ann Clarke, 51, passed away September 24, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents Willis Ray Skaggs and Lorraine Guiles Skaggs, and brother Jeffery Skaggs. Survived by her husband Marvin Clarke, daughter Amber Henry and husband John, son Brandon Frazier, four grandchildren: John Jr. and Nathaniel Henry, Alissa and Jonathon Frazier. Also survived by brother's and sister's Robert Goinsalvos, Mark Goinsalvos, Debbie Chouest, Lorraine Slagle, and Willis Skaggs.
