Mrs. Judy Murlene White's Obituary
On the morning of October 28, 2016, Judy Murlene White, age 68, of Pasadena, Texas was called to be with the Lord. After a courageous nine-year battle with Alzheimer’s, her family is comforted that she is no longer in pain.
Murlene was a devoted wife of 40 years to the love of her life, Newell, and a proud mother of four (Stephen, Jeffrey, Natalie, and Rebecca). She also had a strong devotion to her faith and community and was loyal member of the South Main Baptist Church family for many years. Her kind demeanor and contagious smile never met a stranger and made sure everyone left her home full of her famous home cooking. Murlene loved children and she never held a baby that she couldn’t make laugh.
She is now reunited with her parents, Mac and Amanda Dickerson, and sister, Wilda Dickerson Rivero. She is survived by her husband, Newell White, son Stephen Morgan and wife Yvette, son Jeffrey Morgan and wife Aloma, daughter Natalie Donia and husband Pierre Donia, daughter Rebecca Dulang and husband T.J. Dulang and grandchildren Kenneth Linthicum, Savon Hill, De Andre Pomier, Kayla, Hannah, Sophia, Sebastian, Giovanni, and Isabella Donia, and Hattie Dulang.
The family will receive visitors Thursday, November 3rd, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at San Jacinto Funeral Home at 14659 East Freeway, Houston, TX 77015. The service will be Friday, November 4th, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at San Jacinto Funeral Home.
