Ms. Judith Yvonne Franklin's Obituary
Judith Yvonne Franklin, born February 26, 1942 in Uvalde, Texas left us peacefully to join her heavenly family on Monday, July 16, 2018.
Judy was a native of Texas and though she spent some time out of the state, she ultimately moved back to join her family, raise her children, and make the greater Houston area her home for the better part of her life. Judy was a very family-oriented woman and dedicated most of her golden years to spending as much time with them as possible. She was a very loving and gracious wife, mother and sister, and it brought her great joy to share her happiness with those she loved. As a member of Deer Park First Baptist church, she attended bible study and service with her family as much as she possibly could and was very proud to share her faith.
Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Franklin, her younger brother Mark Nutt, and her sisters, Nadine Fix and Elizabeth Harvey.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Judy also adored and respected her many brothers and sisters and their spouses, Lyle and Cleone Nutt, Lynne Russell, David and Glenda Nutt, Jim and Bonnie Nutt, Raynelle and Johnny McGee, Allee and Kristie Nutt, and Tom Fix, as well as her many amazing nieces and nephews, and even a few great-nieces and nephews. She was also greatly loved by her many wonderful friends whom she would refer to more as her “extended family”.
