Juan Nuñez's Obituary
Juan Nuñez, age 83 of Houston, Texas went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2021. He was born on September 6, 1938 to Alfredo and Eulalia Nuñez in General Teran, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was the youngest of 12 sisters and brothers. Juan and his family immigrated to the United States when he was a teenager where he met his future bride Maria Guadalupe Pizano in Michigan. Together they had five children. He was loved by all that knew him, his kindness and willingness to help everyone in need never went unnoticed. He became everyone’s dad after fathers passed filling in the shoes to those who reached out to him. He lived a very humble and life and stayed true to his roots. He enjoyed his family to the fullest, the outdoors, his antique car and the occasional hunt. He passed his traits of hard work and dedication down to his children and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Eulalia Nuñez, his son Juan Nuñez, Jr. His surviving wife of 60 years Maria Guadalupe Nuñez; daughters: Guillermina Nuñez-Watts of League City, Tx, spouse Bradley Watts and their children Victoria Elyse Watts and Alexandria René Watts. Maria Nuñez of Houston, Tx and her children Venessa Marie Nuñez, Chris Zamora III and Anthony C. Zamora. Gloria Nuñez of Houston, Tx. Sylvia Pizano Nuñez of Houston, Tx and her children Michaela Anne Reyes and Evangelina Nunez Herrera. Children of his deceased son Juan Nuñez Jr: Lizette Guadalupe Nuñez, Juan Carlos Nuñez, Brianna Marie Nuñez and Ruben Arthur Nuñez. He also had several great-grandchildren to whom he leaves his legacy to.
